The garden is quiet now but that's no reason to sit still! Gather your tools and come to the library to clean, sharpen, compare our favorite implements and get ready for the season. Don't know how to sharpen your pruners or keep your spade in best shape? No worries! We teach each other, talk and work together. Steven Nikkila will lead the meeting this month and provide expert assistance. Supplies you will need: a rag, oil such as WD40, soap free scouring pad, a small file, and a pocket honing stone plus honing oil (check independent hardware stores for the stone and oil).
