Waterford Optimist Club along with Waterford Youth Assistance is hosting an Ice Cream Social on July 24, 2016 at Hess Hathaway Park, from noon to 3 p.m. We will have games for children and of course ice cream. This is a free event, Julie Brown President of both organizations wants to bring awareness and seek out volunteers and members.
