[ARCHIVED] Movie Matinee: Mystery Movie - Thursday, June 27th @ 2:00

Paper Moon Scrambled Poster

Viewers won't know the title until the movie starts. We'll give clues each week for the three weeks leading up to the movie. Here are your three clues:

Clue #3: The title of the movie is derived from a song title. When asked about the title, Orson Welles told the director, “That title is so good, you shouldn’t even make the picture, you should just release the title!”

Clue: #2: The movie is shot in black & white, although movies had been shot in color for decades before the release of this movie.

Clue #1: One of the stars of the movie was the youngest competitive winner of an Academy Award at the age of 10 – a record that still holds today.

Popcorn will be provided. You may bring your own snacks and beverages, provided that your beverages have lids.
