Between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, residents of Waterford or Lake Angelus without a library card can call or email and have one issued to them. Though the library’s physical materials are currently inaccessible, your library card gives you access to eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines, research databases and more, 24/7, and all from the comfort of your home.
