Waterford Township Parks and Recreation Offers Input Survey for Recreation Plan The Waterford Township Parks and Recreation Department wants input from citizens as part of the update to the 5-Year Parks and Recreation Plan. A community input survey is available
here or go to
www.WaterfordSurvey.com. Paper copies are available at the Waterford Township Parks and Recreation Department at 5200 Civic Center Drive and the Waterford Recreation Center at 5640 Williams Lake Road. The survey is brief and should take no more than ten minutes to complete. The township wants to hear from all residents about their opinions regarding the township parks.
The Parks and Recreation Plan update process will continue through 2018. The plan examines existing park facilities, sets goals for parks, and evaluates demographics, community data, public opinion, and proposes an action program. Township park officials will rely on the input received to help determine potential improvements, projects, and programs over the next five years.
Questions regarding the survey or the Parks and Recreation Plan can be directed to Parks and Recreation Superintendent,
Alison Swanson or by phone (248) 674-5441.
Feel free to forward this e-mail on to others who may be interested in taking the survey.
Thank you!
