In exchange for your helping hands we can promise you an educational experience working with this group of passionate gardeners. One order of business at the August meeting will be coordinating a field trip to Wildtype Native Plant Nursery in Mason, MI on their next open date, Friday, August 23. Janet Macunovich will be going there in August 23 to obtain the remainder of our rain garden perennials and invites others interested in natives to ride along or caravan with her. If there are enough people interested, we will ask the nursery owner if we can have a tour of the operation.
