What types of messages will be sent with Civic Ready?
Emergencies: Messages pertaining to the safety and welfare of the Waterford community will be distributed using Civic Ready. Examples include water service interruption, missing children or seniors, or any other situation that could impact the safety, property or welfare of the community.

Opt-in Notices: In addition to emergency messages, users can choose to receive notification of community events, news and important information of a non-emergency nature.
