Do I have wetland on my property?

The only way the Township can determine if there are wetlands present on a parcel is through a wetland determination. You may contact the Development Services department to see if a previously conducted determination is available. If a determination has not been made one would need to be provided.  The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE) has a list of wetland consultants that may be utilized: https://www.michigan.gov/egle/about/organization/water-resources/wetlands/consultants-list
