About the Facility

The Jerry Davies Warming House is located at 5050 Civic Center Drive, next to the 51st District Court. The facility holds up to 40 people and is perfect for small showers, birthday parties etc.

Make a Reservation

Reservations must be made at least 10 days in advance. The damage deposit is refunded as long as there is no damage to the building, garbage is thrown away and the key is picked up during office hours at the Recreation Office.

Rental & Damage Deposit Fees

• $85 Rental Fee for 6 hours, Monday - Thursday
• $165 Rental Fee for 6 hours, Friday - Sunday
• $25 each additional hour
• $30 Non-Residents
• $75 Refundable Damage Deposit

Restrictions

No alcohol is allowed in or around the facility.
