"Book It" 4th Annual Family Fun Run/Walk (2022)
Even though our Family Fun Run/Walk unfortunately had to be cancelled due to the electrical storms the day of the event, we are thankful for all the runners, walkers and families that did arrive and wait out the decision. Everyone was able to participate in the silent auction, get a chance to win a door prize and get a snack. We were still able to have face painting and rock painting and were entertained by cheerleaders. Despite the weather and no running a fun time was had by all. Proceeds: $7,000.
The Waterford Friends of the Library would like to thank our community partners below. They provide support in so many ways. Please thank them whenever you can.
Planning for 2023 event will begin in October 2022. Interested in helping with this project? Contact Joyce Wefel, Friends President.
