Site plans are required for all multiple-family, commercial, office, industrial, and recreational uses, as well as for many forms of single-family developments. Some site plans can be reviewed administratively and others require review by the Planning Commission. All site plans are governed by the requirements of Zoning Ordinance Section 2529 and are required to go through the Site Plan Review Process. Applications can either be picked up from the Community Planning and Development Department or downloaded by using the link above. Because of the many variables involved in this process, it is advisable to contact the Departmental Aide to schedule a pre-application conference with a planner to discuss your project’s requirements. Please review the Pre-Application/Conceptual review document and email Justin Daymon, Zoning Administrator, including all information indicated in the review document.
