IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CRIMINAL LAW PRACTITIONERS REGARDING ORDERING DISTRICT COURT TRANSCRIPTS
This notice reminds you of the recent amendments to MCR 6.110(G) and MCR 8.119(H)(10). Please note that for a criminal bound over to the circuit court post-July 2, 2024, that the district court record is immediately made non-public. The circuit court record contains the district court records transmitted to it under MCR 6.110(G). If you require a transcript, you must contact the Oakland County Clerk at courtexplorer@oakgov.com.
