Duties & Responsibilities
As a full-time Township employee, the Township Supervisor:
- Enforces all laws and Township Ordinances
- Manages and supervises all public improvements, work and undertakings of the Township
- Administrates all department personnel
- Prepares and administers the annual budget
- Makes appointments to various boards and committees within the Township
- Acts as purchasing agent for the Township
- Conducts all sales of personal property that the Township Board may authorize to be sold
- Performs such other duties as may be prescribed by the Charter Township Act
