Final Bill / Name Change Request Form
Final water/sewer bills can be requested by calling 248-674-2278 and selecting option 2 or by using the above form. Final bills cannot be processed more than 24 hours before the key exchange, however the form above allows you to request a final bill as soon as the date for key exchange has been decided.
Final bills can be paid in our office using certified funds (cash, cashier's check or money order) or by the title company handling the transaction using escrow funds. If you are a buyer/seller, please have the contact information for your realtor or title company so that we can send the final bill directly to them.
